About the Black Opal Consultants IPO GMP
No premium has been published for this issue yet, while 14 of the 94 other SME issues we track currently show one. One lot costs ₹1,18,200, in line with the ₹1,28,000 median for SME issues open alongside it. It has been subscribed 73.8×, more than 68 of the 91 SME issues beside it.
The grey market premium shown above is what the unofficial market is currently paying over the issue price for a Black Opal Consultants application. It is not an NSE or BSE price, it is not regulated, and it changes through the day. The estimated listing price is simply the issue price plus that premium — an indication, never a forecast of how the share will open.
Compare it with other live SME IPO GMP before drawing a conclusion, and read the day-wise trend rather than a single snapshot — a premium drifting down into the close of an issue says more than its size on any one morning.

What is the Black Opal Consultants IPO GMP today?
No grey market premium is currently published for the Black Opal Consultants SME IPO, so none is shown rather than a substituted zero.
What is the lot size and minimum investment for the Black Opal Consultants IPO?
One lot is 600 shares. At the upper end of the price band (₹197) a single application is ₹1,18,200, which is the minimum a retail applicant needs to apply. SME lots are deliberately large, so the minimum is far higher than a Mainboard issue.
How many times has the Black Opal Consultants IPO been subscribed?
The Black Opal Consultants issue is subscribed 73.8× in total as last published by our source. Subscription is the official demand figure from the exchange, unlike GMP, and the two do not always agree.
Is the Black Opal Consultants IPO GMP going up or down?
Across the last 9 sessions the Black Opal Consultants grey market premium has fallen from ₹38 to ₹0, a move of ₹38, against a range of ₹0 to ₹100. That is the weakest reading of the window, which is the shape a single day's figure hides. A single day's figure does not show whether the premium has been climbing, sliding or holding; the series above does. Neither is a forecast.
When does the Black Opal Consultants IPO open, close and list?
Opens 29 Sept 2026, closes 1 Oct 2026, allotment 5 Oct 2026, lists 7 Oct 2026.
At what price did Black Opal Consultants actually list?
Black Opal Consultants listed at ₹200, up 1.52% against the issue price. Comparing that with the premium the grey market was quoting beforehand is the honest way to judge how well GMP has been tracking reality.
Is the Black Opal Consultants IPO Mainboard or SME?
Black Opal Consultants is a SME IPO. SME issues are smaller, carry larger lot sizes and trade far more thinly, so their grey market premiums move on much less activity.
Does the Black Opal Consultants GMP guarantee a listing gain?
No. Grey market premium is unofficial, unregulated and not published by SEBI, NSE or BSE. It can collapse between the close of an issue and its listing day, and the listing price is set by demand on the exchange, not by the grey market. Nothing here is investment advice.

Where these numbers come from
Every figure on this page is a published value from one named source, or N/A. Nothing is averaged, merged, inferred or filled in.
The source
Grey market premium, price band, lot size, subscription and the IPO calendar are read from InvestorGain's public IPO GMP Live report, and post-listing prices from its IPO GMP Performance report. There is no second source and no merged data, so a figure is either that source's published value or it is absent. A field the source has not filled in shows N/A — never a substituted zero.
Two different clocks
"Source updated" is the time InvestorGain itself stamped the row, in IST. "Updated N ago" is how long since we last fetched it. They are not the same measurement and they can disagree: a row fetched ten seconds ago can still carry a premium the source published an hour earlier. When a refresh fails, the page says the figures are delayed rather than presenting the last set as current, and when nothing can be verified it shows no figures at all rather than old ones.
What is arithmetic, not data
Two columns are calculated here rather than fetched, using the source's own stated convention. Estimated listing price is the upper end of the price band plus the current GMP. Estimated listing gain is that premium as a percentage of the issue price. Both are shown only when every input genuinely exists. They are arithmetic on an unofficial number, which makes them an illustration of what the grey market is implying today — not a forecast, and not a claim about what any share will list at.
What this is not
Grey market premium is not an exchange price. It is not published, regulated, verified or endorsed by SEBI, NSE or BSE, and naming a source here is attribution, not a claim that the figure is correct or that either party endorses the other. PapsDigital publishes what the source published, with the time it said it, so you can check it yourself at the links above.
