Nature of the service

PapsDigital provides market information, analysis tools and educational content. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any outcome. Securities and crypto markets carry risk of loss; trade at your own risk.

IPO grey market premium

GMP is unofficial, unregulated information that is not published or endorsed by SEBI, NSE or BSE. Estimated listing prices are arithmetic on that premium, not a forecast.

Accounts and credits

Paid plans include a monthly or one-time allowance of credits that are consumed when a tool does work for you. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Eligibility

PapsDigital is for adults: you must be 18 or older to create an account or use the paid tools.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy and in the notice beside each form. Accepting these terms is not consent to anything in them: that is asked for separately.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or redistribute data from the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Availability

Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PapsDigital is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.
