Try before you pay

The Free plan is a working account with no card: IPO GMP, live news, Astro Levels and the terminal, and 20 credits for AI analysis, so you can check the product fits before paying.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current month remains active until it ends and is not refunded pro rata.

Yearly plans

If you have used fewer than 10% of the year's credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After that, yearly plans are not refundable, but they remain active to the end of the term.

Duplicate or failed payments

A charge made in error, such as a duplicate payment, is refunded in full once confirmed.

How to request

Email billing@papsdigital.com from the address on the account with the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
