Your data rights

What you can ask for
- See the personal data we hold about you and who it was shared with.
- Correct, complete or update it.
- Delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave for it.
- Nominate someone to act for you if you die or become unable to.
- Raise a grievance about how we handled your data.
What we need from you
The email address you used with us: it is how we find your data. We send a link to that address to confirm the request is yours, and start the clock when you click it.
How long it takes
We reply within 30 days of confirmation, and never later than the 90 days the Rules allow. Every reply names our Grievance Officer.

Write to Dax Panara, Grievance Officer, at support@papsdigital.com from the address you used with us. It works exactly the same.
If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after you have raised it with us (s. 13(3) of the Act).
